Honor Loved Ones

Resurrection Lutheran Church offers several ways for you to give in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special person or event.

Donate Altar Flowers to enhance our worship space.  Donors are encouraged to take the flowers home with them after services.  More than one person may sign up for a date.  If the date you desire is not available, please contact Doreen Reifel, Administrative Assistant, at 773-525-0605 or doreen.reifel@rlclakeview.com to make arrangements.

Donate Altar Wine & Candles.  More than one person may sign up for a date.  If the date you desire is not available, please contact Doreen Reifel, Administrative Assistant, at 773-525-0605 or doreen.reifel@rlclakeview.com to make arrangements.

Our ongoing "Buy-A-Brick" campaign is a chance for you to purchase a brick and memorialize a loved one or leave your mark in Lakeview by having your family names or a short message engraved on a brick. Bricks are laid in the Seminary Avenue curb area directly outside the church's main entrance.  You may request a customized brick at any time; however, bricks will only be purchased and installed after we receive at least 15 brick requests.  Bricks are $100 for the first, and $50 for each additional brick!  Bricks may be customized with up to 3 lines of type, with up to 13 characters per line (spaces count as characters).  You may download an order form, fill it out and place it in the offering plate (or mail it to the office) along with your payment.  We plan to lay bricks in the parkway in Spring/Summer of 2011.
